How to Return

2We'll send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
3Re-pack the item securely in original packaging.
4Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. If the item is faulty or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping under Australian Consumer Law.
